Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in the automotive or retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
