Your Role
As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our overall marketing strategy—from generating qualified leads to managing exclusive events and the premium positioning of the brand. You will also oversee a marketing team and ensure all marketing actions comply with the standards and guidelines set by car manufacturers. This position is aimed at a strategic, rigorous, and experienced professional in the luxury or automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Define and deploy a multi-channel marketing strategy
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and brand image
- Strengthen our presence in the luxury and exotic vehicle market
- Ensure brand consistency according to OEM directives
Leadership & Staff Management
- Mentor and motivate a marketing team
- Oversee daily activities, planning, and deliverables
- Encourage creativity, collaboration, and rigor in project execution
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage digital channels: CRM, social media, SEO/SEM, advertising
- Design high-performing campaigns that generate traffic from the target clientele
- Analyze results to optimize performance
High-End Events & Experiences
- Organize events that comply with the standards of partner automotive brands
- Develop high-end partnerships with luxury brands and media
- Provide unique and memorable customer experiences
Customer Engagement & Market Development
- Identify market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Support sales with conversion and loyalty campaigns
- Represent the brand at automotive or lifestyle events
Budget & External Partnerships
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers
- Manage the marketing budget and performance indicators
- Ensure all communications comply with OEM directives
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior marketing position, ideally in the automotive sector or a high-end environment
- Experience in managing a marketing team
- Proven ability to follow and apply strict brand/manufacturer (OEM) guidelines
- Strong expertise in high-end marketing and event strategy
- Good mastery of digital tools and positioning of luxury brands
- Bilingualism (French/English) highly desired
- Rigor, attention to detail, and passion for prestige automobiles
