Your role is to welcome clients who come to the dealership and determine their needs in order to advise them effectively. Know and apply company policies and procedures, as well as those of the manufacturer. Regularly acquire knowledge and inquire about the specific features of vehicles offered on the market. Be able to clearly explain the various financing options available. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the experience. Follow up regularly with clients and make necessary follow-ups. List units for sale online. Participate in advertising and maintaining the Facebook page. Keep the showroom tidy and rotate stocks. Work collaboratively with other departments in the dealership. Be present at promotional events. Any other related tasks.
