Delivery coordinator

Automobile Grenier is looking for a delivery agent to fill a position at one of its dealerships.

As part of your job, you will need to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering their vehicle professionally and performing various support functions as requested by your supervisor:

— File management — Customer satisfaction follow-up — Managing disbursements — Overseeing the preparation for the delivery of all sold vehicles, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional (tinted windows, marking, mats, etc.); — Ensuring that elements requiring installation are scheduled; — Ensuring that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, etc.); — Coordinating the delivery; collecting amounts due at delivery, offering a tour of the dealership facilities, and introducing customers to the appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and the technical advisor; — Conducting the delivery, explaining all the features of the car to the customer, including the manufacturer's warranty, services offered by the dealership, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys; — Quickly addressing any customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager; — Actively participating in the owner follow-up and retention program to promote customer loyalty; — Actively participating in various customer service-related tasks; — Supporting sales managers when required;

— Performing other tasks as needed and directed by management.

The ideal candidate presents themselves professionally and has a neat appearance, in addition to having 1 year of experience.
