Financial Services Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Financial Services Director to join our team at Volkswagen Popular. As a director, you will be a key player in our mission to provide the best customer experience in Montreal. Your expertise in automotive financing and your understanding of market needs will enable you to guide our department toward excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers by informing them about financing options and helping them select the best solutions for their needs.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the financing department, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams to develop creative financing strategies that support our sales objectives.
• Ensuring that our department complies with all legal regulations and internal policies to guarantee a transparent and ethical execution of all transactions.
• Training and mentoring the financing team to ensure exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of the products offered.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the automotive or financial sector.
• A strong understanding of financing products, credit options, and leasing solutions.
• Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team members.
• A customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• A keen sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
