Duties and responsibilities

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of front desk operations and customer service.
• Ensures the smooth running of various reception tasks (arrivals, departures, etc.).
• Ensures good interdepartmental communication.
• Assists the manager with payroll for the department.
• In the absence of the department manager, assumes responsibility for customer satisfaction.
• Performs all other related tasks.
